Sound investment policy represents the cornerstone of all investment programs.  Today, most investment funds have an Investment Policy Statement in place.  In such dynamic markets, however, investment policies should be reviewed on a regular basis.  New board members, trustees and the many providers who service institutional funds need to be aware of the policies.

When reviewing investment policies, we will consider return requirements, portfolio liabilities, regulatory and other investment constraints, asset allocation and rebalancing strategies, and manager benchmarks and evaluation guidelines.
